The Challenge
DBS needed SCORM 2004 modules that were WCAG AA compliant, worked on mobile, and could be administered through their existing Cornerstone LMS. Localisation was non-negotiable.
Our Approach
We deployed a parallel-track production model: while instructional designers developed content in English, our localisation team began adapting UI strings simultaneously — reducing total production time by 40%.
